We’re not a try-before-you-buy brand, but if something’s wrong, we’ll help.
Returns are accepted only if:
- Items are unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging
- You request a return within 30 days
- You receive a Returns Authorisation Number from us in advance
Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee or £50, whichever is greater. You’ll also need to cover return shipping using a courier we approve.
Items returned without authorisation or in damaged packaging may be rejected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival:
- We follow the manufacturer’s Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy
- Our team will inspect and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case
Delivery Disclaimer
We work hard to hit our timeframes and usually do but:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- We’re not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or bad weather
- Always check your items on arrival and report any issues within 5 working days
