Flood gate received and very easy to fit, had to order longer screws, but they arrived quickly and so easy to fit. I hope i never have to use it!!

The shield fits well, have not had to use it since last getting flooded. A great product. Delivery was promised , but kept getting delayed. Glad to see your website now states the correct time of 3 weeks.

Floodshield is an excellent product however my order was damaged I ordered 2 floodshield barriers . 1 barrier was perfect the other badly scratched. I arranged for it to be returned however it was not picked up when promised then was told that the new one would be delivered that same week which it wasn't. When contacting floodshield I was told it would be delivered to me Monday 28/10/24 however it was not so once again I contacted floodshield left a message has no one was available and now if is 30/10/24 and I have still not received my replacement floodshield barrier!
I am sad to say that the customer service that floodshield supplies is extremely poor but the floodshield barrier itself is excellent.

The customer service was very good I hope I never have to use the floodgate but it is peace of mind to know it is ready to use

Haven’t actually used it yet, but the quality looks and feels good.

Hope to solve a basement toilet backflow problem, will let you know after the next big rain event.

We have just moved to this area and with the unpresented amount of rain in 1 day our garage flooded. I looked up items that would help keep the water out in future and bought a Osmo flood barrier. It has worked wonderfully and I wish I had known about the company before. So easy to use and have ordered a couple more just in case we need them in the future.

We have fitted this ready for the floods so if we are expecting to flood it can be installed easy. It is better than the other because we could only use it once, this we can fill then empty and refill again.

I live in an area where we are only 65 - 85ft above sea level. Every winter season we are all waterlogged. Occasionally, we have problems with backflow, but not now I have a Toilet Stopper! What a simple, but great idea! I can’t recommend them enough. I’m buying another one for a friend of mine. Thank you to whoever thought of this.

Haven’t had to put this to the test yet, but previous one worked brilliantly at keeping the torrential rain out of the garage all year

Great Product. I live in Florida and go north for the summer, so I need piece of mind during hurricane season. Used sandbags for last hurricane two years ago and they failed to stop all the water intrusion 100% and you cannot depend on anyone to watch over your property as it's everyman for themselves as a hurricane approaches. I ordered two for my two doors and am totally pleased with the seal and ease of attachment. My many neighbors are also looking to purchase as well. Very satisfied with the product and the customer service.
