Floodshield is an excellent product however my order was damaged I ordered 2 floodshield barriers . 1 barrier was perfect the other badly scratched. I arranged for it to be returned however it was not picked up when promised then was told that the new one would be delivered that same week which it wasn't. When contacting floodshield I was told it would be delivered to me Monday 28/10/24 however it was not so once again I contacted floodshield left a message has no one was available and now if is 30/10/24 and I have still not received my replacement floodshield barrier!
I am sad to say that the customer service that floodshield supplies is extremely poor but the floodshield barrier itself is excellent.

We have fitted this ready for the floods so if we are expecting to flood it can be installed easy. It is better than the other because we could only use it once, this we can fill then empty and refill again.
